１２月のスケジュール (December schedule)

さっき、ホームページに１２月のスケジュールをアップデートしました。早めに、予約をして下さい！

１２月の休みの日は：
２３日（火）祝日
３０日（火）みんなは実家に帰るかな？。。。
３１日（水）お正月
１月１日（木）お正月

December class holidays are as follows:
23rd (tues) national holiday
30th (tues) I figure everyone will be going home to their families...?
31st (wed) New Year's
January 1st (Thurs) New Years

それで、火曜日のレッスンは３回しかない。でも、火曜日の生徒さんが他のレッスンに来れなくて、１２月の末にレッスンをしたいなら、私にはOKで、レッスンを行います。その場合、直接連絡して下さい。

That means that there will only be 3 days of Tuesday lessons in December. However, if Tuesday students are unable to attend other lessons and would like to have classes at the end of December, I am totally OK with that. Please contact me directly if you would like to do that.

そして、ダーマミトラヨガなんですが、１２月９日（火）、１２月１０日（水）まで、無料の６回コースが続けます。その後（１２月１６日から）、同じ時間、場所で、ダーマミトラのレッスンを行います。今やっている６回はダーマミトラヨガの紹介だけなので、その後はダーマミトラヨガの練習ともちょっと深い勉強です。１２月１６日から、ダーマミトラヨガのレッスンは普通料金のシステムになります。普通料金のシステムなので、月謝かヨガ放題で、月の中に、色々なコースに参加してもOKです。例えば、１週目と２週目に、ダーマミトラヨガをして、３週目に一般レッスンをして、４週目ダーマミトラに戻ることでもOKです。

As for Dharma Mittra Yoga, until 12/9 and 12/10 (Tues and Wed, respectively), we will be continuing the 6-time free course. After that, starting on 12/16, at the same time and place, we will be having Dharma Mittra Yoga lessons. The current Dharma Mittra lessons are just meant to be an introduction, so after the 6-times, we will be practicing the Dharma Mittra Yoga we've learned and studying it more in depth. Starting from 12/16, the Dharma Mittra Yoga classes will merge into the standard payment system. As part of the regular payment system, for the 4-class monthly fee or the all-you-can-yoga fee, within one month, you can mix and match and attend any course of your choice. So for example, you can do Dharma Mittra Yoga for the first and second weeks, then switch to the Open Course for the third week, then go back to Dharma Mittra Yoga for the fourth week.

１月６日（火）から、今まで通りで、ヨガレッスンを進みます。

Starting on January 6th (Tues), we will return to the regular lesson schedule.

１２月のみ、ファミリーヨガは第１・３の日曜日ではなくて、第２・４の日曜日に行います。だから、１２月１４日と１２月２８日になります。

For only December, Family Yoga will not be on the first and third Sundays of the month, but on the second and fourth. So Family Yoga will be on December 14th and 28th.
